7 Ways to improve your eyesight/eye power naturally

Welcome to my blog! Here we talk about some natural methods that I personally experience in improving my eyesight.

People wearing spectacles can understand this thing, how problem we face when we don’t have our spects to see or our spectacles are lost. We feel just like “We need goggles too to find our goggles.”   

Low eye vision is a common problem found, probably one in every 10 people. Even sometimes we see 7–8-year-old child wearing goggles.

  1. Carrot 

As we know Low eye vision in only cause of Shortage of ‘Vitamin A’. Carrot is the highest source of Vitamin A. It will be helpful to increase eyesight if you consume carrot juice or Carrot twice in a day.

2. Some easy exercises for eyesight

Our eyes also have muscles, so it is necessary to relax our eye muscles. If we do exercise for our eyes regularly in the morning, we can see the result within 2 months. 

Warming Eyes:

First we rub our palm for warming then warmed palm is put on our eyes. Repeat this 4-5 times will help relax our eyes. 

Rolling our eyes:

Rolling eyes is an easy exercise that can be done anytime and anywhere. Start this by rolling your eyes for a minute in a clockwise direction. Relax your eyes for 5-10 seconds. Then roll your eyes in antilock wise. Repeat this process 5-6 times. 


Blinking is a natural action that we can do every 2 seconds. But for exercise you will have to stand/sit in front of a blank wall. Close your eyes for 2 seconds then open your eyes and blink them for 5-6 seconds rapidly. Repeat this 5-6 times. 

  1. 20-20-20 Rule 

This rule is the most important thing for those who have the habit of working with computer. Or while watching web series/movie.  After every 20 minutes while watching TV/Mobile or working with computer, look at anything 20 feet away for 20 second. If you follow this simple thing, you will give our eyes relax and help in improving your eyesight.

  1. Clean Hands 

Eyes are the most sensitive part of our body. As we know, how much our hands touch our eyes in a day. Unhygienic/dirty hand affects our eyes badly. Make our hand clean while touching or don’t touch when our hand is not clean. If you pay attention this thing, you will make your eyes germs free. This will not affect your eyesight.

  1. Avoid Smoking 

Smoking is injurious to health. As we know smoking is the cause of many health problems especially related lungs. But do you know, smoking decreases your eyesight. To solve many health problems, smoking should be quit. Smoking is also responsible for decreasing the number of antioxidants from your body which are valuable for your eye’s health. 

  1. Salad: 

Take a salad of carrot, beetroot (चुकंदर), cabbage, cucumber while taking meal of the day. It will increase the taste of your food and also improves your eyesight. 

  1. Mix veg Juice: 

This is the source of many minerals and nutrients. If we take mix veg juice of carrot, beetroot, gooseberry, spinach, tomato and orange on a daily basis for 3 months. You can see the surprising result that I found this just in 3 months.

I had low eyesight before and used to wear goggles from my 11 class. Whenever i went to change my goggles, I found my eye power decreased. I consumed mix veg juice for 3 month then my eye power has been increased
